For customers in the UK who qualify for free shipping based on their order value we will usually use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders over £40.00. This shipping option will be automatically calculated in the cart and no codes are necessary to redeem the offer.
Some items which are too large to be sent using these services may be sent by courier at our discretion. We also reserve the right to use the most appropriate shipping method applicable for the items being ordered. This can include adding 'signed for' services to packages where we require delivery confirmation, or using a different service from those stated above. Any changes made will be for the sole purpose of ensuring the most speedy and safe delivery of your goods, any extra costs involved in such changes will be met by us. In any case where this occurs we will affect delivery of your goods through a reputable postal carrier as listed below.

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of receiving our dispatch notice and it is not at the local depot, then please contact us.
